MAXSIL PU 2052 polyurethane building mastic

MAXSIL PU polyurethane mastic is a sealing polyurethane compound consisting of a homogeneous paste and a hardener. Its designed for sealing of joints with a maximum joint deformation of ±25% between the outer enclosing structures of buildings, sealing of expansion joints of concrete floors, sealing of seams, gaps and cracks. Sealing occurs as a result of a chemical reaction after the two components are mixed. Upon final curing, the sealant acquires high tensile strength. MAXSIL PU polyurethane mastic has high adhesion to concrete, metal, brick, glass, wood and other building materials. Retains elasticity at positive and negative temperature variations. Application temperature range is from -10°C to +40°C, working temperature range is from -50°C to +50°C. MAXSIL PU 2052 mastic is resistant to ultraviolet radiation, various climatic factors, water and vibration, shrinkage and thermal changes, it has increased strength and water resistance, low viscosity of the compound with high thixotropy, and durability. After curing, MAXSIL PU 2052 polyurethane building mastic is similar to thick rubber. The working surface treated with Maxsil PU 2052 has excellent painting properties, does not shrink, has no unpleasant odor and is non-explosive.
