VIKSINT organosilicon compounds are two-component compounds based on low molecular weight siloxane rubber. These compounds are a paste-like material that after mixing with a catalyst, can cure at ambient temperature (15 – 35) ° C, transitioning into a rubber-like state within 24 hours. Designed for sealing of electrical and radio devices operating in air environment under conditions of high humidity in the temperature range from -60°С to +300°С (depending on the compound grade). VIKSINT K-18 compound is designed for sealing of electrical and radio devices operating in air environment under conditions of high humidity in the temperature range from -60°C to + 250°C. Not intended for use on bare brass and copper products. It is used in the space, aircraft, radio-electronic, machine, construction, energy industries, and applied arts. It is highly resistant to high humidity, ultraviolet, radiation and other adverse weather factors. While the dielectric performance is always consistently high. Can be used in tropical conditions. VIKSINT K-68 compound is designed for sealing of various radio-electronic and electrical equipment operating in air environment and under high humidity conditions in the temperature range from minus 70°C to plus 250°C. Contact with the VIKSINT K-68 compound in the working temperature range does not cause corrosion of non-anodized, uncoated aluminum alloys, cadmium plated and galvanized steels with chromate passivation, brass and silver coating, does not cause corrosion of tin coating and copper at heating temperatures of 60, 100, 150 °C; does not increase copper corrosion rate at heating temperatures of 200 and 250°C. It is used in space, aircraft, radio-electronic, electrical industries, in precision engineering, construction, applied arts, etc. It can be used in tropical conditions, with increased radiation and ultraviolet radiation. It has stable dielectric properties. VIKSINT PK-68 compound is designed for protection of electronic and radio engineering products that operate for a long time in air environment and under conditions of high humidity in the temperature range from minus 60 °C to plus 200 °C. Does not cause corrosion of brass, cadmium steel galvanized with chromate passivation, aluminum alloys and silver coatings, and copper and tin coatings at temperatures up to plus 150°C. It can be used for ferrites and permalloys products. Compound transparency facilitates fault location and repair of units and circuits encapsulated in the compound. It is used in the defense, aerospace, radio-electronic, machine industries, in instrument, construction applications, applied arts, etc. Transparent material, has increased elasticity and softness, as well as resistance to high humidity and other adverse factors. VIKSINT PKF-68 compound is intended for protection and electrical insulation of devices operated in air environment at temperatures from -90°C to + 250°C (up to 300°C for a short time), including protection of strain-sensing elements of devices operating under high humidity conditions. It is used in space, aircraft, radio-electronic, machine industries, energy, construction applications, and applied arts. The sealant is resistant to high humidity and other adverse weather factors, as well as radiation and ultraviolet radiation. It has stable dielectric properties. Designed for use in all climatic conditions.
