SDS compound
SDS compound is an organosilicon compound based on low molecular weight dimethylsiloxane rubber. It is a two-component molding material that has the ability to change from a viscous flowing state to a rubber-like state after mixing the paste with the catalyst at 15 to 30°C. Time to complete curing of 2 mm thick SDS compound is 24 to 72 hours. SDS compound is intended for manufacture of elastic molds for molding of plastic, plaster products. Working temperature range from -600С to +3000С.
