SKU rolled and molded urethane rubbers
SKU rolled and molded urethane rubbers are the reaction product of polyesters with isocyanates and a crosslinking agent. Designed for manufacture of products and various machinery parts, operating in the temperature range from -60 to +120 °C, in steel sheet stamping production for manufacture of parts and plates, and as an anti-corrosion coating that is resistant to abrasive and hydroabrasive wear. Urethane polymer products feature increased wear resistance, high strength, oil and petrol resistance, vibration resistance, good damping performance, resistance to oxygen and ozone. Urethane rubbers can be divided into 3 types:
Rolled: solid linear or branched polymers. Rubber materials with high modulus and hardness are produced from rolled SKU rubbers, which are used for tie rod bearing, shoe soles, particularly heels, artificial leather, sealing collars and gaskets.
Low-modulus molded: soft low-modulus molded urethane rubbers are used for manufacture of rollers for applying paints and the printing industry, friction bushings for tape recorders, parts of damping assemblies and the radio engineering industry, as a sealing material in radio electronics, etc.
High-modulus molded: high-strength and high-modulus molded SKU rubbers are used as optically active rubbers, for manufacture of sealing collars for cylinders in the automotive, tractor and other industries, various diaphragms, pressure brake rollers and noiseless gears, wear-resistant coatings.
They are used to manufacture elements of vibratory screens and wear-resistant coatings for the coal preparation industry, parts for various types of vehicles (steering rod bearings, etc.), sealing rings, elastic gears, reinforced belts, etc. Molded SKU rubbers can be used for production of massive tires for motor and electric vehicles, etc.
SKU-PF rubber is intended for manufacture of rubber parts, frost-resistant artificial “Russia leather”.
SKU-8A rubber is intended for manufacture of wear-resistant elements of shoe soles.
Rubber SKU-8M is used in production of magnetic varnishes.
SKU-8TB rubber is intended for manufacture of products with high oil and petrol resistance, abrasion resistance and enhanced frost resistance. In addition, soluble SKU-8TB urethane rubbers are also used in manufacture of cold cure adhesives for bonding rubbers based on nitrile-butadiene, fluorine-containing and other polar rubbers.
SKU-7L rubber is intended for manufacture of various products with high tensile strength, resistance to abrasion, ozone, oxygen and swelling in gasoline and oils.
SKU-PFL-100 rubber is intended for molding of urethane elastomer products that feature increased wear resistance, high strength, oil and petrol resistance, resistance to oxygen and ozone.

Packing:
Urethane rubbers are produced in the form of rolled sheets or monolithic slabs with subsequent packaging in polyethylene bags. Polyethylene bags are packed in a synthetic fabric bag.
SKU-PFL-100 is supplied in canisters, drums, steel barrels or sealed containers
